Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, coaching programs, consulting services, and digital resources (collectively, the "Services") operated by MOORE Tech Careers ("MOORE Tech Careers," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We may suspend, lock, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or applicable law.
3. Coaching, Consulting, and Resources
Coaching, mentoring, consulting, workshops, templates, and other resources are provided for educational and professional-development purposes. We do not guarantee employment, interview offers, salary outcomes, compensation, or specific business results. Outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including your effort, market conditions, and your employer's processes.
4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Fees for paid programs are displayed at checkout and are charged through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe).
- Unless explicitly stated, fees are non-refundable once a coaching session has begun, a digital resource has been delivered, or a consulting engagement has commenced.
- Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund prior charges.
- Bookings rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may be treated as completed at our discretion.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of resumes, cover letters, profile information, recordings, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant MOORE Tech Careers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and use your User Content solely to operate, improve, and deliver the Services to you, and—where you opt in to public visibility—to display your profile to employers and partners.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to share your User Content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, skills, or experience.
- Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, or infringing material.
- Do not scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or copy substantial portions of the Services or other users' content.
- Do not use the Services to send spam or to solicit users outside of intended employer/candidate matching.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Services or related infrastructure.
We may, without notice, remove content or restrict access for users who violate these rules.
7. Employer Use
Employer accounts may view student/candidate profiles that have been marked public and approved. Employers agree to use candidate information solely for legitimate recruitment purposes, to comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws, and not to share, sell, or republish candidate information without explicit consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All Services, including templates, workbooks, frameworks, course materials, software, and brand assets, are owned by MOORE Tech Careers or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use them for your personal, non-commercial professional development. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Calendly, Stripe, Google authentication, hosting providers). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. NOTHING IN THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR EMPLOYMENT ADVICE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOORE TECH CAREERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MOORE Tech Careers and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim arising out of your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion from your settings. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services.
